Elevating people and systems
Helping leaders and organizations move forward with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
At Shelley Tice Coaching & Consulting, I help people and teams move from complexity to clarity – building confidence, collaboration, and meaningful results along the way.
Whether you’re shaping strategy, leading change, or strengthening your own leadership, my work bridges two connected worlds:
- Coaching, to empower leaders to understand and unlock their strengths and lead with purpose.
- Consulting, to support organizations in designing and delivering strategies that work for them.
Because confident leaders create cultures of trust and impact — where lasting change begins.

Leadership Coach | Management Consultant | Facilitator | Change Leader | Evaluator | Writer
With over two decades of experience in healthcare leadership, working in the public service, I bring together strategic thinking, curiosity, and care to help people and organizations do their best work – together.
I believe in the power of leadership development and continuous learning and am passionate about helping people and organizations break through barriers, clarify their goals, and take action to reach their full potential. Having experienced the transformative power of coaching firsthand, I am committed to creating the same space for others, helping them move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
When I’m not working with leaders and teams, I’m planning our next family adventure or exploring somewhere new with my husband and kids. I’m happiest in nature, camera in hand, discovering local spots, or writing and sharing travel stories. I recharge with quiet mornings, green tea, a good book, and time outdoors.
Whether you’re exploring coaching or looking for consulting support, let’s start a conversation.
Territorial Acknowledgement
I acknowledge the great privilege I have to live, explore, and raise my family on Vancouver Island, home of the unceded territories of the Kwakwaka’wakw, Nuu-chah-nulth and Coast Salish peoples that have stewarded these lands since time immemorial.
